Personal Training & Coaching Support
Apex Fitness Club offers access to experienced personal trainers who are here to support your goals — whether you’re just getting started or looking to take your training further. Sabrina and Tanner work with members to build strength, improve confidence, and create sustainable routines through personalized training.
Training options may include in-person coaching, structured programs, and guidance designed to help you move with purpose and stay consistent. If you’re looking for accountability, education, or extra support, our trainers are here to help you get more out of your time in the club.
Physical Therapy & Movement Support
Crystal Hoggatt, PT, works out of Apex Fitness Club through her mobile practice, Full Circle Mobile Physical Therapy. Crystal supports members with injury prevention, movement improvement, and performance-focused care.
Her services include physical therapy, mobility and strength assessments, and running gait analysis, helping active individuals and runners train smarter and move with confidence. Crystal brings personalized, one-on-one care to support long-term movement health and pain-free training.
